I submitted my verification documents a week ago and I still haven't heard anything from their Banking department. I keep on getting the same generic replies from their support essentially saying "wait longer". From my experience with other establishments, I've never had to wait this long for a verification to be completed. Especially over such a small and trivial amount ($50). Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I have not been informed about what specifically is the problem, only the fact that I need to wait until it's done even though in my opinion I believe I have given them a reasonable amount of time before raising a complaint about this issue.

I have just been notified that my verification was successfully completed. I no longer need to raise this complaint.
