Case summary

The player from California had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings had not been obtained up to that day. The player had issues with the online casino win777.us regarding delayed payment and additional transfer fees. The casino initially claimed to cover all fees and promised a 48-hour withdrawal process, but the player received his payment after a week and $5 less due to transfer fees. We had explained to the player that casinos had no influence over transaction fees deducted by payment providers. Since the player had received his withdrawal, we marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

They keep telling me they will pay me soon but it's all a lie. The reasons they give as to why I haven't been paid are so ridiculous that it's quite obvious they are liars. When confronted and shown that they are liars they end the chat or they just quit responding.

Dear MiikeMfBrown,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

No it's a different casino. This one isn't the same, the one I'm talking about is win777.us

Thank you for your reply, MiikeMfBrown. Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Additionally, we do not have this casino in our database, however, I have already contacted our data team who will add it soon.

Well they paid me but it took much longer then the 48 hours they claimed also they owed me $25 and only sent me $20. On their website they claim to pay for all fees when you withdraw money but they kept telling me I had to withdraw in dogecoin if I wanted my money because the BtC transfer fees were to high. Well I finally caved in and made a dogecoin wallet but they ended up paying me in BtC anyways and took $5 off my balance for the transfer fee... I still feel like they owe me $5! The website lied about both the 48 hour transfer time (it took about a week 7 days) and they made me pay the transfer fee after making me wait all that time 😡. I have numerous screenshots of customer reps telling me that I would be paid in 3-4 hours and the next day 4-5 hours and all of it was lies. Somebody told me that when the price of BTC is going up this casino will wait as long as they want before they pay you so that they send less BTC then what you should have got. So they made me wait all that time and sent me less BTC and on top of that made me pay $5 for the transfer!! I was cheated out of more then the $5 if you look it at it mathematically!

Ohh and to answer your questions I have passed KYC (it's required on sign up before you can play.) This was my first withdrawal and it was from money I won from spinning the daily wheel.

Please understand that casinos have no influence over transaction fees or currency exchange fees deducted by payment providers for processing the payment. We would really like to help you with this, but we are not in a position to force casinos to pay you something they didn't take.

Since you have received your withdrawal, I will now mark the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please do not hesitate to contact our Complaint Resolution Center if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future. We are here to help.

Best regards,

Kristina
