Wildz paid out few weeks before . Then made another withdrawal . They decided to close acc an withheld the $800 . Saying due to T & C think 5.11 . Was one only acc only thing was joint bank acc. Sent letter from bank. Marriage cert bank statement . Licence etc still not accepted. Yet you verified my acc half way through . It's just not fair.

They are saying was third party . Which is because my wife an I have a joint acc. We have two accounts one under my name an one under hers . The debit card we use is linked but I use chq she uses savings . She did not have a wildz acc.

I just don't understand why pay out couple weeks before . If rules are rules . . Thanks Craig

I've edited my first response as an error occurred there. Do I understand it correctly that the deposits were made from your wife's card? Did the casino refund the deposited funds?

No I was made from my card . We have joint acc. So her name appears also .
