I have signed up with this casino and made the firdt deposit via a promotional email. I was to receive 50 free spins. The free spins was not allocated. First I come to this unfair good reputation by Casino Guru! How can you rate a casino so well if it is rated poorly on all platforms on the Internet? Something can't be right, and this platform called Casino Guru is also dubious!

This casino is a rip off because you only lose. This is also confirmed by all reviews on Trustpilot. In other casino forums, the Lemon Shit is also only rated negatively! So this dirty casino should actually be on the black list.
Something else about deposits: There is no mention anywhere of additional costs. When selecting the deposit option, for example with a credit card, it is clearly stated: 0 Euro fees. That's a third lie. There are high costs. If you pay 100 euros, there will be more than 10 euros in fees. If you cancel the payment, you will not be able to pay in for days.

Kein erreichbarer Support!!!! Auf Mails reagiert man nicht. Es gibt keine Antwort. Der Chatsupport ist angeblich ab und zu anwesend, antwortet aber gar nicht oder noch besser, er antwortet und reagiert dann mitten im Gespräch nicht mehr.
Die Slotauswahl ist riesig. Das Problem ist aber, dass die Reputationen scheinbar gefaked sind. Gewinne bleiben nämlich in der Regel aus!
Seit dem 08.Mai.2023 habe ich in einem Zeitraum von über 30 Tagen mehrere tausend Euro umgesetzt und keinerlei Gewinne gehabt. Laut Support habe ich halt kein Glück. Das kannste wem erzählen, der nen paar hunderter verloren hat, aber keinem der mehrere tausend verloren hat. Ich habe nicht mal mehr Zugriff zu einem Featuregame. Permanent kommen Deadspinreihenfolgen, die man von anderen Casinos überhaupt nicht kennt! Ich habe selbst mit 0,20 Cent über mehrere Stunden und zigtausend Spins keine einzige Bonusrunde erreicht.
Auf meine Aufforderung, mir eine Auflistung meiner Einzahlungen, Gewinne und Verluste zukommen zu lassen erfolgte keine Reaktion. Spricht man den Chatsupport an, kommt ebenfalls keine Reaktion. Man wird von kriminellen ignoriert.
Kommen wir zum Bonussystem: Auch dieses ist lächerlich Schlecht. Jeden Tag bekommt man einen Dreh fürs Glücksrad. Zu gewinnen gibt es Bonusspins in der Anzahl 3 oder 5. Alternativ kann man 5 Euro Guthaben bekommen. Die daraus resultierenden Gewinne müssen umgesetzt werden. Ich bin damit noch nie über 4 Prozent gekommen. Meistens liege ich bei 0, da du auch hier überhaupt nichts gewinnst.
Cashback: Ebenfalls lächerlich. Du bekommst je nachdem, wie viel du bisher eingezahlt hast 1 bis 7 Prozent. Somit kannst du dich bei mehreren hundert Euro Einzahlungen, die du verloren hast, über nen paar Euro Cashback freuen. Auch hier habe ich noch nie was mit gewonnen.
Dieses Casino ist Abzocke, da ma nur verliert. Das bestätigen auch sämtliche Bewertungen auf Trustpilot. In anderen Casinoforen wird der Lemon Shit ebenfalls nur negativ bewertet! Somit müsste dieses Dreckscasino eigentlich eher auf die Black List.
Noch was zum Thema Einzahlungen: Es ist in keinster Weise irgendwo die Rede von zusätzlichen Kosten. Bei der Auswahl der Einzahlungsmöglichkeit z.B. mit Kreditkarte steht klar angegeben: 0 Euro Gebühren. Das ist ne dreißte Lüge. Es entstehen nämlich hohe Kosten. Zahlst du 100 Euro, ein kommen mehr als 10 Euro Gebühren drauf. Brichst du die Zahlung ab, so kannst du darüber erstmal Tagelang nicht einzahlen.
Ich werde jetzt mit einem Rechtsanwalt Rückforderungen gegen über den Zahlungsanbietern durchsetzen und das Casino zusätzlich mit einer Klage am Geschäftsort belegen. Das hat in meinem Fall schon bei mehreren Casinoketten, wie z.B. der N1 Gruppe geklappt. Daher bin ich in der Lage Casinos zu testen.
