For goodness sake, don't go in. It's an absurd experience.
I've spent thousands of euros on this site. When I finally manage to get back a ridiculous amount of what I left behind, namely €38, the perfect mechanism kicks in to keep you spinning your wheels.
They first tell you "payment approved," then they disappear. After 6 days comes the cold shower: "payment denied".
And when you ask the reason for the denial, the answer is this: there is no answer.
And then it starts all over again: you reapply, more days lost, same risk, same story.
Result: 8 days without seeing €38. Eight. For a ridiculous amount compared to what I deposited. Now they'll wait another 6 days and tell me it's cancelled without giving me a reason. DO NOT ENTER, DO NOT DO IT.
It's not a money problem, it's a systematic scam: long waiting times, vague communication, no real explanation.

Risultato: 8 giorni senza vedere 38€. Otto. Per una cifra che è ridicola rispetto a quello che ho depositato. Ora aspettarenno altri 6 giorni e mi diranno annullato senza darmi motivo- NON ENTRATE NON LO FATE

I made a withdrawal request to BetLabel on 27/10/2025 for an amount of €400.
They asked me for supporting documents (ID and selfie), which I sent the same day (27/10/2025, approx 21:30).
Since then I have only received the response "please wait" without any progress.
Today 31/10/2025, several days have passed and the amount has not been credited, while support responds with general phrases and does not give a clear timetable.
Based on my experience, BetLabel systematically delays payments and does not inspire confidence.
I do not recommend it to anyone, especially to players from Greece.

The operator deliberately doesn't offer any tools for responsible gaming. Even when requested via email, everything is completely ignored and responded with a "we don't have them." That's actually reason enough to blacklist the casino.

For sports betting this is average, with odds below the norm of the market. Fast withdrawals under 30mins most of the times. For slots and casino, it has a very low selection, and it's extremely laggy. For Casino games, its absolutely terrible. I feel completely robbed and scammed for playing their "BL games", with non existent RTP. Tried a couple of times, never once had a winning session. For every 10 games i played, I would win 1, draw 1 or 2 and lose the other 7-8. This feels like a complete scam, and I can't recommend to anyone, as you will just deposit and lose your money for nothing. I tried to ask the supposed RTP for the games, they claimed "We do not have information regarding BL games RTP" .... if they told players the games are rigged and with non existent RTP no one would play. There are no good bonuses, no lossback and cashback is very poor, most of the times is 0. Betlabel is what I was looking for a long time, a very user-friendly site, deposits and withdrawals work smoothly, and there are many deposit bonuses. The only thing I would like to see is that they reduce the weights and at least sometimes give out no deposit bonuses.
