Betlabel Casino-arvostelu

A site that has non-existent customer support is already blacklisted for me.
You can't write emails and not receive a response to close your account. This is unacceptable for a casino that pretends to be at the top of responsible gaming practices.
Stay away from it

SCAM: THEY DON'T PAY WITHDRAWALS AND MAKE UP EXCUSES
WARNING: DO NOT PLAY THIS. WITHDRAWALS ARE BLOCKED, NO REASON, JUST WASTED TIME.

For goodness sake, don't go in. It's an absurd experience.

I've spent thousands of euros on this site. When I finally manage to get back a ridiculous amount of what I left behind, namely €38, the perfect mechanism kicks in to keep you spinning your wheels.

They first tell you "payment approved," then they disappear.
After 6 days comes the cold shower: "payment denied".

And when you ask the reason for the denial, the answer is this: there is no answer.

And then it starts all over again: you reapply, more days lost, same risk, same story.

Result: 8 days without seeing €38. Eight. For a ridiculous amount compared to what I deposited. Now they'll wait another 6 days and tell me it's cancelled without giving me a reason. DO NOT ENTER, DO NOT DO IT.

It's not a money problem, it's a systematic scam: long waiting times, vague communication, no real explanation.

Real chat

Sandra: Hi, I'm Sandra! I'll do my best to help you, Mr. Francesco!

Sandra: I have to check the information, please hold.
Thanks for waiting.
The system shows that the withdrawal request made on May 22nd was unsuccessful.
For this reason the funds were returned to the gaming account.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused, Mr. Francesco.
Please resubmit your withdrawal request.

At this point I clearly ask the reason for the refusal:

Me: I'd like to know why it wasn't accepted. This answer isn't enough for me. What do we do? I reapply and then you won't accept it again? I don't want to waste another five days and find myself in the same situation again. I want to know why it wasn't accepted.

Final answer:

Sandra: I'm sorry, but your request has been cancelled by our provider.
There's no way to know why, sir.

Conclusion
6 days of waiting
cancellation without reason
no explanation
request to be repeated in a loop
8 days without payment of €38

A completely opaque withdrawal system. When you lose deposits, everything works; when you win, it becomes a maze.

I'm telling you straight: don't go there. Stay away.

TRUFFA: NON PAGANO I PRELIEVI E INVENTANO SCUSE
ATTENZIONE: NON CI GIOCATE. PRELIEVI BLOCCATI, ZERO MOTIVI, SOLO TEMPO PERSO

Per carità, non entrate. Esperienza assurda.

Ti dicono prima "pagamento approvato", poi spariscono.

Risultato: 8 giorni senza vedere 38€. Otto.

Conclusione
6 giorni di attesa
annullamento senza motivo
nessuna spiegazione
richiesta da rifare in loop
8 giorni senza pagamento di 38€

Sistema completamente opaco sui prelievi.

State alla larga.

I made a withdrawal request to BetLabel on 27/10/2025 for an amount of €400.

They asked me for supporting documents (ID and selfie), which I sent the same day (27/10/2025, approx 21:30).

Since then I have only received the response "please wait" without any progress.

Today 31/10/2025, several days have passed and the amount has not been credited, while support responds with general phrases and does not give a clear timetable.

Based on my experience, BetLabel systematically delays payments and does not inspire confidence.

I do not recommend it to anyone, especially to players from Greece.

For sports betting this is average, with odds below the norm of the market. Fast withdrawals under 30mins most of the times.
For slots and casino, it has a very low selection, and it's extremely laggy. For Casino games, its absolutely terrible. I feel completely robbed and scammed for playing their "BL games", with non existent RTP. Tried a couple of times, never once had a winning session. For every 10 games i played, I would win 1, draw 1 or 2 and lose the other 7-8. This feels like a complete scam, and I can't recommend to anyone, as you will just deposit and lose your money for nothing. I tried to ask the supposed RTP for the games, they claimed "We do not have information regarding BL games RTP" .... if they told players the games are rigged and with non existent RTP no one would play. There are no good bonuses, no lossback and cashback is very poor, most of the times is 0. Customer support is extremely bad, rude and dont answer any questions, they only copy and paste ToS and random stuff. I don't recommend this casino.
