The casino provided evidence showing that the player did not make any bets at the casino and also provided false information about which country they were registering from. The player's deposit was also returned to them. Based upon the evidence provided, the complaint was rejected.

I was bored at night so i searched up Crypto casino netherlands this one showed up first in the results then i Made a deposit of 200 played 1 round won instanly then They Blocked my account because im in the netherlands and only paid me back my orginal deposit so They basiacly Scammed for the winnings i Made how do They even have a liscense i hope you Guys are casino guru can help me with this since i won fairly and they advertise on dutch sites

Could you please advise how could you access the website from a restricted country? Did you read the terms before registering there? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that as the casino does not require country of residence during the registration, it is up the the player's responsibility to read the terms where it clearly states that Netherlands are restricted.

Yes i did not read them ofcourse since They let me on the site when its clear that Im on a dutch ip last time i Spoke to them They Kept ignoring me this isnt fair

Hello iwayz,

I've tried to access the casino with a IP from Netherlands and the casino blocked the access to the website. Can you please advise if you did use a VPN or altered your IP address somehow?

no i didnt i was on my desktop pc with a lan cable was not using any vpn or something like that I also found this site on a Dutch advertisement so they clearly tricked me and I would like to get my winnings paid because if I had lost they would’ve definitely not paid the loss

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear iwayz,


The casino has provided evidence that suggests that you have made a deposit at the casino in the amount of TRX 3200, not made any bets, and been told by the casino that due to being from a restricted country you could withdraw your deposit. Following this, the evidence further shows that a withdrawal of 3194.43 TRX has been made.


Can you please clarify if this is correct?

nope I deposited and played roulette there they are lying, my balance was 900 euro I won 600 of it 300 was my deposit 600 was confiscated and removed but I won and played

It was via crypto on my hardware wallet so hard to get evidence of it but they should be able to send a transaction history where u can clearly see that I won and they voided it

I have received the information about the transaction that you have provided, however we will need to see the full Transaction ID in order to be able to view this on the blockchain.


The information you have sent shows that a deposit was made for 3201 TRX (EUR 200) which seems to back up the casino's statement mentioned above. Previously you stated that your deposit was for EUR 300, can you please clarify the situation?

The casino provided proof that your deposit was returned to you after it was found you were from a restricted country, and that no bets were made on your account.


I have since received further evidence from the casino suggesting that when you registered you provided false information regarding the country you were registering from.


Consequently, we will be unable to assist any further with this case and the complaint will now be rejected.

I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
