This is my account lost 1400 gbp hours ago inside short enough time, Never ever have I deposited and win something decent. I honestly do think there’s something wrong with my account truth be told. This is a fantastic Casino in my opinion which is based on playing only this Casino for cirka 6 months.

To begin with Slotbox service both online and email are the best I have experienced. Especially their online live chat service and their reps. They are without exception very polite, professional, helpful and resolve any issues I have had very fast. It's actually feels unbelievable that I am writing the following: every single time I have had to contact service chat I have never walked away unsatisfied or my issue being unresolved. Nota bene these are all small issues since I have never had any serious problems at Slotbox. I did not even have to verify myself for withdrawals until it came to a withdrawal of €800. The process of verification was very easy and fast.

However there is one thing that this Casino does have to fix. The free spins you earn are often in rather lousy games with high volatility and thus the chances of winning anything big even with 100fs is minimized. At least that is my experience. It does not however change my opinion that this is the best online Casino I have used.

One mire thing. Depositing and withdrawing money is a breeze. One of the things that bothers me with soooo many Casinos is the fact that if I deposit with a certain credit or debit card I am forced to use the same card or method to withdraw as I did to deposit. At Slotbox this is no problem whatsoever. I can deposit with one card and withdraw winnings unto another registered card. This is a great casino. I am glad I gave it a chance. Was previously with 21 casino, but they don't offer much in terms of bonuses and free spins, etc...
Bonusus: Slotbox offers great bonuses. I think on two or 3 occasions I received 5 euro,and 10 euros bonuses just for depositing and wagering. The bonuses were in the rewards section within minutes. Really very good. The free spins are also really good. Its not just 10 cent spins. You can get 50 cent spins. 1 euro spins. And on good games like Wanted by Hacksaw Gaming.

Payout: I was paid out within 24 hours. I think 16 hours in total. I offered my KYC documents via chat, advised no need as I did not reach a threshold. They just paid out. That was a great sign from a casino.

Not sure what level of rtp the casino is using but I decided to try them again as they do great on customer service. And upgraded my review score!! After another deposit - third my rtp for the site is 58.44% . I noticed a delay/pause on the return of the game results while playing. This can be very detrimental to game results.

Can only report positive things about the casino, RTP is ok, game selection is also great! As far as the payout is concerned, I can only say wow, usually the money is on the same day on it, at the latest one day, of course it depends on the time when you applied for it. Played there for about a year. Result minus € 1,200 and not a single payout. Unfortunately, the slots also hang a bit.

Bonuses run through an automatic system .. Unfortunately, only very bad bonuses. Otherwise there is unfortunately nothing from customer support, even if you lose a lot. From time to time there are deposit bonuses, but the maximum withdrawal is often limited to € 1,000. I personally find it unattractive.
