Dear leslieroller327,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

Are you self-excluded through the Indiana Voluntary Exclusion Program at https://www.in.gov/igc/voluntary-exclusion-program/? As stated on the website, this program applies only to Indiana casinos. Have you requested self-exclusion from any other program or licensing authority?

Additionally, have you requested self-exclusion from this casino?

Could you please share your communication with the casino regarding the self-exclusion? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at dominika.l@casino.guru, or post screenshots here.

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Dominika
