The player from United States is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player) and suggest that his state should be on the list of restricted ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Was told by customer rep that it was legal for me to play in Louisiana. This is far from true, I was informed that Louisiana State Law prohibits online gambling. This casino does not operate fairy, is completely unlicensed and has took every penny I have put in. The games do NOT give bonuses unless you buy them for 90x bet and pays only 10-20x your bet. I span a total of 366 times to not ever receive a bonus. They are thieves and Liars, if you arent careful you could find yourself breaking the law despite the customer service telling you it is fine to play when it is not.
Dear James,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do.
Additionally, could you please clarify who has advised you that your state should be on the list of restricted countries? I have contacted casino support regarding this topic, but still waiting for a reply. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
