My problem started as soon as my deposit ran out.This site accepted my deposit as fast as it took my deposit.Know the fun begins tried to use bonus cash and problem after problem from game selection to using bonus cash to lack of playable games for whatever reasons starting with errors, delayed downloads,to high wagers ,and no wins.Took me 30 minutes to find a game that would play using bonus cash. Then LOSS AFTER LOSS finally just left the site and instantly contacted customer service and wrote a honest review of how there game played for me.I hope no one has the issues I had.I will not be playing there again.

Luck has nothing to do with technical problems.If you click on a game to play and it pops up error is that bad luck.After 4-5 times all different games is that bad luck.I know what is luck and there site is a technical mess.As for casino play I have never on any site complained about a loss.I do accept loss with no issues.I don't accept sites that give you no chance at all to win no matter the amount of time nor money invested.If this platform doesn't want my true opinion of the game I will no longer respond to nor will I play that site again.You can call that luck or you can call that the truth.If you want your responders to keep responding allow them to tell you there issue and don't tell them o well bad luck for being honest.

The only proof I have is the site itself.Take a break from reading everyone's problems and cut loose with a twenty or even go real that site and check it out.I hope you don't have the problems I encountered.Best wishes and good luck.
