Good morning Guru


I have attached a document sent from viperspin stating the amount of money I have put in and the amount taken out over the time I’ve played at viperspin .


For anyone reading this is $56,734 deposited and $18,650 withdrawn .


now that’s a loss of $38,084.


Now I am sceptical about the RTP , but again they say it is set by providers , but a lot of the reviews on here are in aggreance that something does not seem right .


I feel ripped off. The best they can give back is a €30 bonus ? Seriously .

Hi Jack, as mentioned we are a licensed casino and have no ability to alter outcomes on any slots / games. Guru has already answered that for you, you can also check our license confirmation at the bottom of any page and you're also very welcome to contact any of the gaming providers yourself to check that we are a licensed official casino with them. Licensed casinos can't control any outcomes, hence why we are licensed.


I will add the fact you received a 100 euro bonus on the 9th of this month. You haven't deposited since, then when one of our email staff said they can't add any further you just said you'll go to Guru. I understand you may be a bit upset, and we can have a manager look over your account to see what further can be offered in bonuses but this is gambling. Please treat gambling for fun, and entertainment not something to win or make money on.


Sorry if you do not feel like you have won against a casino, I'm not entirely sure what more we can say or do for you perhaps try another casino and I hope you have better luck 🙂 I will forward this to our head manager and they can see what other bonuses can be othered, but as email support said without a new deposit being made we can't add bonuses, on back of other bonuses.

Here is a suggestion , what about instead of trying to squeeze every last cent out of people "deposit and we will consider giving you another bonus" was $56000 tax free Australian dollars not enough to qualify ? And I’m apparently "VIP" …
