I have not been paid out. I receive generic emails and messages (live chat has now been disabled) stating the process is under review and could take 7-21 days. Their T&Cs state 1-2 days withdrawal time and their transaction email I received when I placed the withdrawal stated up to four days! They don't reply to emails. Have a fake registered address (Currently trading as a wine shop in Altrincham, Cheshire), state on their 'About Us' page that they can be contacted by email, live chat and telephone (But there is no phone number available). Complete and utter scam! I am getting legal advice and will be speaking to all their gaming providers immediately!

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 70+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
