I have been signed up to this casino for a long time. Made a few deposits, not winning any. Then i got lucky and won a good chunk of money. The withdrawal took longer than expected and suddenly it got cancelled and money confiscated. They then claimed i used a vpn/proxy, something i have never ever done in my whole life. Stay away from this casino, i would not recommend depositing here as they will take your winnings without any good reasoning. I have seen no evidence of the claim of me using VPN. I play at other casinos who also do not allow VPN, with no issues regarding withdrawals.
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with multiple Presenter Group casinos, including this one. They seized all my deposits without any explanation and discontinued all communication with me.
