The player from Tennessee was unhappy with a significant waiting time for a payout that had been advertised as being processed in 5 minutes. Additionally, the player was dissatisfied with the level of customer service. We had asked the player for more details about their account and the situation but received no response. After extending the response time by 7 days, we still did not receive a reply. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

There website says processing time for payouts 5 minutes. Very misleading I have been waiting almost 48 hrs and still no payout. I understand 48 hrs isn't horrible but when their website says 5 minutes that's what you expect especially when you only play at casinos that offer immediate payouts (or within 30 minutes). Also their customer service stinks. No help at all
