The player from Russia has been accused of creating multiple accounts. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won 1500 usd, then made a withdrawal request and my account got blocked. They say that i have more than one account. But this is the only account i have.
I registered account on 24 March. Played only slots. I had bonus money but i lost them. I have not been asked verification, but of course i can provide all infromation and documents.

Do I understand correctly that you accumulated these winnings without an active bonus?
