The player from the US has been waiting for his winnings since October. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions. The player later reopened the complaint and informed us, that he received his winnings, therefore we marked the complaint as resolved.

Delayed payment. It has not been sent yet. And it taking more time l because I am in the USA is a bs excuse. I don’t care if they say they are not but they have to be related to royal planet. It’s been 27 business days or more since the request on October 10th. They have verified my account. They have said I am eligible for the payment. I did not break one rule on the bonus which was my birthday bonus I believe. These fake shells of a "casino" need to go away and be shut down.
