The player from Australia has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I have been playing at this casino for quite awhile 2years ? now and had no problems, easy withdrawals until i made a $50 deposit using a bonus code came up using a different payment made to name , springpay? Money Gone from my bank account.. talk to customer support whom recommended i deposit more so silly me did another $50 , gone from bank account not in casino account, get a msg its pending . Ok it will be added . But no nothing , contacted them through chat again to be told mh last deposit was $20 , also was talking through chat to be told to contact springpay, which i tried to be notified that this is a incorrect email address , oh hell no 🤦♀️🙈 have been sending emails with nothing in return .. dont know what to think now but not happy at all 😞 so i just have $100 floating around somewhere 😢

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider as you did already. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be located and refunded back to you or credited to your casino account.
Could you please advise if they were your first deposit attempts using this specific payment method in this casino?
