I received an improved offer via email with a 100% bonus and 200 spins. There was nothing in the email about activating and if you clicked on the link you would be taken to the deposit page. I paid 30 euros via bitcoin and didn't get a bonus. The chat said you have to "opt in" beforehand and supposedly you can’t add the bonus manually afterwards.
This is probably the only casino where that doesn't work....! Especially since the error is yours because there is nothing about activation in the advertising email. It's a shame, that's how you scare away new customers.
Ich bekam per email ein verbessertes Angebot mit 100% Bonus und 200 Spins. In der Mail stand nichts von Aktivieren und wenn man den Link anklickte kommt man zur Einzahlungsseite. Ich zahlte 30 eur per bitcoin und bekam keinen Bonus. Der Chat sagte, man muss vorher "Opt-in" machen und angeblich kann man den Bonus nicht manuell nachträglich hinzufügen.
Dies ist wohl das einzige Casino, wo das nicht geht ....! Zumal der Fehler bei Ihnen liegt weil in der Werbeemail nichts von Aktivierung steht. Schade, so vergrault man neue Kunden.
