i originally wrote a review about ultima casino because I had played with them for about a year and alway got my withdrawal processed, but now is another story I have had £500 pending since 4/4/2023 and all communication with ultima has been a waste off time I have done nothing wrong I have stuck to the rule and all they say is thay have a heavy workload and will process it as soon as possible which is a load off rubbish it doesn’t Take 3weeks for a withdrawal and the fact they only let you withdraw £500 at a time mean I will be waiting forever to get my money ! I hope you can help if not at least make everyone else of where to stay well clear of them .

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

thanks for getting back to me .


so my account was fully verified 10/11 months ago .


the balance was made off real cash deposits .


and the last time I had communication with them was 3 days ago when I sent a snotty email asking for my money and the reply was please tell them the date of the withdrawal and there look in to it when they know exactly when I requested it . I have all the email and screenshots to back everything up .

just a update my withdrawal for £500 has been processed and paid to me it took 4weeks ☹️ just £2000 left to go so at that rate 4 months .

The question now is, should we consider this case resolved? The disputed amount was 500 GBP. Perhaps you want to keep the complaint open until you withdraw the total amount of 2000 GBP?
