I deposited using bitcoin through coinbase to twister wins and the deposit has not been added to my balance. The money has been deducted from my wallet. I have contacted them via email 6 times and they keep fobbing me off. It has been 30 hrs since deposit.

Hi I have only submitted this one deposit on this site. I have deposited with Bitcoin loads before and there was no mistake my end. Copied and pasted. You will see from the screen shots that the €75 is showing on my history but has never gone on to my balance.

I have now been waiting 5 days for the casino to return my money or fund my account. There have been 25 messages and still they have not given me a reason or a fix for it.

The exact same thing has now happened on libraspins casino. I know they are owned by the same company but they say they are not. €80 deposit not gone on to my account. Who is the site regulated by please?

Both TwisterWins and LibraSpins are unlicensed operators. But, if you have any issues with another casino, I recommend you make a separate complaint.

We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

I am very sorry, but since the casino team is unresponsive, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation. Unfortunately, the casino is an unlicensed operator with a questionable reputation on our site. In the future, I highly recommend you to choose the licensed brand with at least a very good reputation on our site. You may avoid similar problems, but also in case of any problem, the resolution would have a much bigger chance of success.
