Yeah they it’s winnings no bonus. They said they will try again as the payment provided Rejected payment. But the provider was able to accept money from then transfer it to triumph. so makes no sense geographically licence etc. so you think it’s fine to set up a perfect money account it’s not a scam to say oh look we sent the money as you requested into perfect. Knew it’s a legitimate route of payment . They are asking me to create a banking money account not a new casino account . Yes first withdrawl was rejected by the provider even though I submitted all docs and verified. by tommmorow we will see if the second attempt works . I’ll try n set up a perfect money account I’ll chat with my bank.

I set up a perfect money now my balance at the caino is 0 . They are a scam company as my card has now been charged several trasactions in Russia. They have obviously tried to scam me . I’ve informed the police

Just had someone who sounds Indian on phone claiming to be from triumph asking for moms maiden name etc etc to make sure my withdrawl goes through. I’m just going to not take the win and get my £300 euros back. It’s a disgrace

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
