The player from the United States had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout had not been received yet. The player had claimed that the casino had approved her withdrawal and was supposed to pay out in Bitcoin, which usually doesn't require KYC verification. However, she hadn't received her winnings as stated in the casino's email. We had extended the timer for her response, but the player did not reply to our queries. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I won on March 30th and on March 31st I received a email from them stating my payment was approved and they will send it with bitcoin it is the same owner as wild casino and wild casino pays out very quickly so I am confused about this it says on there website 24 hours payout with bitcoin but it is now Wednesday and still have not paid me and I called and the rudest lady told me there having problems with payouts they have to do them manually in the rudest way and also said it would be finished bye today that's what she said and still nothing days later I don't no what else to do

I have been playing online casinos for a while and you do not need kyc or anything when you deposit with bitcoin and withdraw with bitcoin so its not that and also they sent me a email on sunday the 31st of March saying it was approved and would be sent with bitcoin
