I deposited 25 onto my account i got a bonus that was gave me 125.00 total money to play with at casino. This bonus has no wagering or just 1x which means I just have to make 125.00 well I wagered up to 300+ then I fell back down to 165.00 I did a withdrawal so that I could at least get 30 bucks back because I was given the answer that I had to at least have the money they gave me in my account and they would take that then any remainder money I would be given it back in Bitcoin I waited two days and then I see my account to zero and I contacted support now the support team says because I play a cards black jack table game with my winning money it was against the rules and they confiscated my money I felt robbed and think this casino is garbage it's absolutely crazy and intertops had lagging issues I was positive with them 300+ and go to cash out and they give me excuses to and I play with rest of my money cc us these are over seas other poor people in other countrys scamming americans.

Did you request for a withdrawal before playing with a restricted game? Did you receive any notification that the game is not allowed during bonus play? Did the casino return your deposited amount after they confiscated your winnings?

We believe that the casino shouldn't even allow to play restricted games and block them until there is any remaining bonus balance on the player's account.
