Playing is fine but getting withdrawals done are ridiculous. My first withdrawal took over a week when after two days of emails I was asked to verify my account which then took another few days. I currently have another withdrawal sitting for 2 days and I have reached out again but no clear answer. Delays of Days for payouts in my opinion is a way to get people to play off their winnings which is real nasty. Also, you can’t have multiple withdrawals. So if you win 1k today and 2k 2 days later you gotta combine them and then start the process all over again. No other casino has this long of a withdrawal process. Shameful.
