I had a bitcoin withdrawal approved on 9/22/2022 I already provided my ID and proof of address before the withdrawal. After two weeks I contacted customer service and was told to wait a few more days. About 4 days later I contacted customer service again and was told that I needed to submit my documents again and told it would be escalated as an outstanding withdrawal. I was also told that the casino was having unforeseen issues with bitcoin withdrawal, and ask to set up another option to withdraw. I replied that I prefer bitcoin and was told we will escalate the withdrawal. I sent them an email with my concerns and I have not received a reply.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past?

I have been informed of other withdrawal methods.

My verification was approved before and after my withdrawal request.
