I have 162 euros on this site, mostly generated by 3 deposits. I've been trying to withdraw for more than a month. Last month they canceled a small withdrawal request because they have this bizarre rule of depositing every month in order to be able to deposit. I made a small deposit again last week, completed the rollover and tried to withdraw. they canceled it asking to re-verify my account (?!!!). I obeyed to them and send 3 new documents including passport next to my face. Today they sent me an email telling me my account is verified. 3 minutes later, exactly 3 minutes later they canceled the withdraw request asking me for more documents. As this is taking months, I ask for your help please. They will not pay me without your asistence.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was verified first one month ago: passport and utility they both were verified. My status was: verified. On October the withdrawal request fell through because according to them, I have to make a deposit the last 30 days in order to withdraw money?!!!! Anyway I deposited again, completed 3 times rollover and asked again for the pay out. 3 days ago they reversed the verification process asking ID next to my face which I sent, and 2 other documents related to deposits. All were sent and yesterday I received the email that my account was verified. I submitted the screenshot of that email here. Just 3 minutes later they sent me another email reversing again the fact that my account was verified and also canceled the withdrawal. By email they asked 2 other documents which are the same as previous. They are running out of ideas on that matter, they do not know what to ask anymore. But it's clear that their idea is keeping me out of the withdrawal request. They do not want to pay. This is taking more than a month. So I'm really frustrated.

22 Nov 2022 01:30:16 - we canceled the withdrawal request, because made a deposit from one payment method, and asked for a win on another - they asked for verification: a photo with a passport, Mifinity, Jeton

22 Nov 2022 23:09:53 - we canceled the withdrawal request because juniash2014 didn't send us all previously requested documents: proof of ownership of the Mifinity wallet

23 Nov 2022 13:20:19 - we canceled the withdrawal request for the same reason as above and blocked the ability to apply for withdrawal while waiting for the necessary documents

Now juniash2014 is verified and the ability to apply for withdrawal is unlocked.

I have deposited through Mifinity which is not available for withdrawing money on your site. at least for me. I have deposited also through Jeton which is available for withdrawing. So I asked for my withdrawal to Jeton wallet. I do not know what you are talking about when you say that I asked for a method which I did not deposit throug.


I have sent at least 10 documents you have requested through many emails, meanwhile my account was fully verified (I have submitted screenshots for casino.guru that my account was fully verified). I have sent every page of my Mifinity and Jeton wallets to Slottica. They know everything about me.... I don't know if this is not normal but anyway I sent them.


This sound like kidding to me because they just sent me an email that they "did not receive my documents".
