The player from the UK complained about delayed withdrawals. He had been waiting for his withdrawals to be processed for 2 weeks before submitting the complaint. While waiting, the player reversed some of the withdrawals and gambled away the funds. The complaint was closed as 'resolved' after the player confirmed he had received the remaining amount.

I withdrew my money on 28 August and am yet to receive. My account has been fully verified which is confirmed via email from the casino and they have written twice to apologise for the delay, but it is over 2 weeks now. The withdrawal is via Bitcoin, so should be no issues. Thanks Craig (username: C***).

Before we would try to contact the casino, please allow me to ask a few more question to clarify the case as much as possible.

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? How long have you been verified? Did you play with any deposit or no deposit bonus? If yes, did you finish the wagering requirement for it?

I can confirm that first withdrawals may take up to 14 days in almost every casino, even more in some cases, but seems strange that a bitcoin payment would take so long.

I have been verified since 31 Aug, so appreciate we’re potentially only just over the 2 week period, but still a very slow payout.


Confirming this was my first withdrawal.


Confirming no deposit bonus taken.

Upon checking the clients' account, the withdrawals were all reversed. There are no pending withdrawals for this account. The last one was reversed to his account on 09/10.

I ended up reversing 2/3 of the withdrawals frustratingly due to their delays, but the first withdrawal was the one that I eventually received. Happy for this to be closed.
