The player from the United States is having difficulties with verification, due to the casino asking to verify a MasterCard which the player does not own. The player used a different card for their transactions, and their numerous emails to the casino have received no response. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played down before we could intervene.

There is a mastercard (ending in 9684) that the website is asking me to verify. I do not own the 2nd card they are referring to. My debit card has been verified but I cannot verify a card I do not own. I used my capital one card (ending in 5796) annd my debit card ending in 8888 and neither of those numbers match the card # they are asking me to verify. I have emailed several times (help@slotsofvegas.com) to no avail. Please help 🩷

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying the payment method seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

yep I sent my lease agreement and a month statement to them as well and yes just the card verification is the hold up

I understand they must be thorough I just want to see if they can verify in another way since I do not even own the card they are requesting to verify nor did I use anyone else’s to play.

I noticed I did use 1 other form of payment

but it was not 5796

here is the transaction from my cards billing

my card ends in 9684 this is the only other card that was used based on my transaction history with slots of Vegas - please see below
