The player from the US tried to withdraw his winnings, but the casino confiscated them. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won $100, it took a week for them to varify me then told me it would be 48 before they could release my winnings do to initiating the withdrawal the day before (lie) I had initiated it a week ago, when I got pissed off and called them out on it they denied my withdrawal and took my winnings from me, along with my $40 deposit. That's straight up thievery.

Did the casino specify the reason for the confiscated winnings?
