I'm not used to complaining. I play on a lot of websites and I've never had any problems. I wanted to try betalright. I dropped 500eu and went up to 1500eu. But withdrawals are limited to 500eu per day. No problem, I made a withdrawal of 500eu on March 26 and 500eu on March 27. I was informed that it would take three days. No worries. It's been 14 days now.


Support no longer responds to my emails. But when I send them an anonymous email, they respond directly.


The live chat always gives me the same answer: wait. I think 14 days for a withdrawal is a long time. But when I'm not logged in with my username and I ask them for information about the withdrawal, they tell me a maximum of 3 days, no delay.
