I have reviewed the situation and it appears that the player verification process has been attempted but never completed. We use a 3rd party document verification system which requires clear images of the necessary documentation to be provided to determine authenticity, in this case the system was unable to verify the documents. The process would need to be completed to the satisfaction of the system to be valid.
We can perhaps assist by receiving the documents via email and attempting to have them reviewed through the system on behalf of the player but perhaps more importantly in this case the win in question is the result of the 4th consecutive free chip with no cash deposit history into the casino. Unfortunately only one free chip is valid between cash deposits per the terms and conditions of the casino and the chips themselves, the $100 maximum cashout for the free chip in play at the time of the win would not be eligible to withdraw.
Supporting documentation has been provided to the casino.guru team for review.
