I have been trying to withdraw $650 and I went through the verification process 4 times and it was accepted every time but still didn't withdraw my money... I sent an email and the finally replied on the 23rd and gave me a case number and said someone would be in touch in 72 hours, but nobody has reached out to me so I emailed again yesterday and still no reply... I just want my money

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It has been verified 4 times... the last time was yesterday when I tried again but it has been verified for a week or more.... I did play with free spins but I did everything it said... I made sure I played through the play through stage and everything and it says on my account that I have $658 withdrawable money... the last time I heard anything from them was about a week ago and nobody will respond to my emails now... I have also tried to call the number but it hangs up on me

I have reviewed the situation and it appears that the player verification process has been attempted but never completed. We use a 3rd party document verification system which requires clear images of the necessary documentation to be provided to determine authenticity, in this case the system was unable to verify the documents. The process would need to be completed to the satisfaction of the system to be valid.


We can perhaps assist by receiving the documents via email and attempting to have them reviewed through the system on behalf of the player but perhaps more importantly in this case the win in question is the result of the 4th consecutive free chip with no cash deposit history into the casino. Unfortunately only one free chip is valid between cash deposits per the terms and conditions of the casino and the chips themselves, the $100 maximum cashout for the free chip in play at the time of the win would not be eligible to withdraw.


Supporting documentation has been provided to the casino.guru team for review.

Yes... if there are certain "rule" then do they send "free" chips to play with???? I've already wrote reviews about them on multiple sites and heard of others getting ripped off by them as well which is why haven't added money because I figured it was fake thing to just take your money but not pay you out and no this proves it so I've got all the proof I need and I will screenshot this and spread the word not to play slot madness or any others like it.... thanks

Per the terms and conditions of the casino, only a single free chip is valid to play with between deposits, and since your win came out of 4th consecutive free chip, it means you are not eligible to withdraw any funds. By playing with free chips you are basically playing with the casino's money with a chance to win some of your own money. Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected.
