i have gotten 1 successful withdrawal from this site for $410. it took 3 canceled (on the sites end) requests and a 36 hour KYC review but after about 45 hours they paid the $410 via LTC. I didn't play at the site for about a month and a half due to the frustration with the drug out withdrawal


on 6/28/24 I made a $50 LTC deposit with a 50% no rules bonus code. over the next 30 minutes I hit a few good spins and had $600ish. I then opened a new slot, 3rd spin I hit top paylibe on it for a spin win of $2000.


I made a request for withdrawal for $2100 shortly after.


after 12 hours I checked on the status with live support, Ms hannah. she stated it would be an additional 24 hours as my withdrawal was chosen for a full verification and review. I wasn't happy, let her know as much. but waited. I asked her at one point to speak to a manager and she told me to email support and a manager would contact me soon. after 7 hours no response from management I connected with Hannah via live support again. she assured me that she just flagged my email again for manager review and that in 60-90 minutes I'd receive an email from them


an hour later, live support suddenly went from support to a a bot support that stated repeatedly live chat was not available and for urgent issues please email support for a. fast response. live support has been unavailable at this point for 26.5 hours straight.


I finally received a reply from a manager 17 hours after my first email. the reply had multiple misspellings, one of which was him spelling slotheist as slothest. he stated my withdrawal.was being reviewed and it would be another 12 hours. my other 2.emails sent to support where completely ignored. so I waited another 12 hours. (were at 42 hours since initiap request as I write this complaint)


the last email reply was 10 hours ago support saying I would receive an email regarding withdrawal "soon"


I've received no email, and live support access is still unavailable. my 2100 is stuck and it's becoming nearly impossible to even complain to any in charge.


stay away, I'll be running as fast as I can wh€n/if they ever approve it

shortly after I posted my complaint I received yet another chat stating 6 MORE HOURS onto of the 24 and the 12 already. at 6 hours on the dot. My request was canceled by support for "lacking wrong data" and as expected I didn't receive any email with any reason despite being assured I would be emailed right away.


live support that is supposedly available 24/7 and has always been available in the past has suddenly stopped working all together for nearly 48 hours. it's all a joke to them

still have not received any communication as to why it was canceled. live chat still fails to work and despite being told by Chat bot that all urgent issues with be answered fast via email, they have not responded to any email.

submitted a third 1000 withdrawal this time figuring if it's smaller than the first two Maybe they will pay?


24 hours after submitted, canceled again by support with zero communication about why. no message, no notes, no call, nothing. I've emailed asking for reasoning, no response



what was a 24/7 live chat channel last week has turned into a bot chat with a live host available from 130cst pm to maybe midnight-ish each night. the rest of the time the bot directs any urgent matters.to support
