After extending the complaint's timeline by an additional week, we received no response from the player. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

I won $30 from free spins. The minimum to withdraw is $50. I went to customer support twice to ask if for one my winnings were valid and second if I was able to deposit $20 on top of the $30 in my balance to cover the $50 minimum to withdraw with no problems. Twice I was told it would be ok and have no problems with withdrawing after my $20 deposit. I have saved the transcript of the conversation in case this would happen and will it attach it here. Only after I make my deposit are they saying that I can’t mix my balances. That I have to wager my bonus balance until it reaches below $5 in order for my deposit to reflect. I WAS LIED TO. I WOULD Have NEVER MADE THE DEPOSIT IF I WASNT TOLD IT BE OK AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. I don’t know why they couldn’t tell me this before I made my deposit. I understand having two separate balances but why the hell would they not tell me that until after they take my money in the deposit. I’ve been lied to and I’m really mad. Also they won’t give back my deposit. STAY WAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A CASINO. ANYTIME CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES LIKE THAT IN ORDER TO GET A DEPOSIT IS EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS!!!
