They have locked my account and will not allow me to withdraw my money requesting I send them my bank statements, inland revenue statements, my portfolio investments and any other assets I might have. Initially they requested my pay slips which I sent and they verified them as legitimate but now want all this other information. I am happy to just withdraw my money and close my account.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents and the casino may restrict your access to your account until it is finished.

As you can see from their email that i attached I have supplied them with my pay slip which is all they asked for initially . They said they had verified this as legitimate but now want my bank statements, a pdf document from inland revenue and my share portfolio and any other investments I have. I see another player in your reviews had the same issue and it only seems to happen when you are actually up on your net winnings. I just feel uncomfortable about supplying them with so much personal financial information over the internet.

I replied that I would like to see the legislation to take to my lawyer but they have not yet replied to this four days ago.

The main reason the casino requests so much financial information is to assure that the money you deposited belongs to you and you played fairly with it.

Could you please advise if there's been any update regarding the case? If not, we will try to intervene.

Yes I sent them the information they requested but they have requested more. So I will send them again and let you know what happens after that. By the way did you read the other review where the same thing happened. Once again only seems to be when you are in net profit. After this experience I will never play another online casino game again.

Would be great if you would keep us updated for now. I can also confirm that non of these requests are unusual so far as many casinos do request such documents.
