Hello,


I've been dealing with this so long.. I keep forgetting about it. You guys have helped me a few times the last couple of months.. Which I greatly appreciate... So I was hoping you could help me out here too.


A few months ago I used a no deposit code at the Silveredge Casino.. Made it' through their play-through. I went to wirhdrawl the funds and have been fighting them every since. 

I have been given so many excuses and so many different reasons how and what I can withdrawal.. That is I don't know where to start. Their terms and conditions say so many different things that I don't know what's true and real. When I took the the no deposit code.. It said max cashout was 1X then no deposit codes. Which is would have made it's $325(will attach picture) .. They have tried saying that 325 has to go back to to the the casino because that's what they loaned me.. Andrew the max cash-out is 100 so I have to get the balance up and to 425. 325 paid back to them to .. And a 100 to me. NO WHERE did it say anything about that when I took the codes. ALSO it will let me withdrawal the 325 if I use a bank transfer method. I don't use banks for one and again, doesn't say anything about having to use bank transfers for withdrawaling funds. I tried using the wire transfer to the my cashapp, but it just sat there for weeks. I did reverse it and the 325 is back in my casino account. I have been dealing with this for so long and I just want it to resolved if possible. 

Could you please help me in getting my money I won fairly? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please specify which exact bonus you have redeemed? I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as Free Chips. The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is $100. For example if you are given a $100 free chip and request a withdrawal amount of $500, you will only be approved for $100.

...

At the time of cashing out, the bonus cash will be taken off the entire withdrawal amount (i.e. - should a Player redeem a $250 bonus and withdraw $500, they'll receive $250.)"


Could you please advise how much was the bonus awarded to you and how much is your balance now, after completing the bonus wagering?

So the no deposit bonus statement in their terms and conditions about No bonus max being 1X is incorrect??


The no deposit code was for 325 usd
