I’ve tried to withdraw 100$ I won thru a no deposit bonus and it’s been since July 24th and the only thing they tell me is they have sent it to the finance department and to wait and then I logged in today and the money is back in my account but I haven’t been notified of why they didn’t process the withdraw. My username is in the screeneshots I’m sending you thanks

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
