However, we had determined that we could not assist the player due to the fact that the issue had occurred more than a year ago, making it a 'cold case'. As a result, the complaint had been rejected.

My username is k****42 at sharkoin.com casino. They blocked my account and kept my 0.086 bch worth 2000 rupees. This casino done scam with me.

I have read the Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

Inactivity
After >52 weeks of inactivity, accounts may be deactivated or suspended.
Volatility
Crypto funds that have not been used to wager/play for more than 12 months, cannot be withdrawn.

Do I understand correctly that you have now accessed your accounts for the first time after more than 12 months?

Could you please confirm if you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

Have you tried contacting customer support regarding your suspended account? If so, what was their response?

My account was blocked in 2020 , since then I'm unable to use my account. They kept my funds and not returning it. I talked their customer care then they replied...



"You did know very well that you are on a gambling platform and not an exchange service.

They are the ones who given facilities to withdraw in any crypto of my choice. Now they blocked my account and blaming me that I'm using their casino as exchange platform.

I'm using this casino from 2018 to 2020 and i performed many deposits and withdrawals but from 2020 they blocked my account and withheld my 2000 rupees.

As it has been more than three years since the initial request was made, we are unable to proceed with an investigation. This is considered a "cold case", and our policy dictates that we cannot pursue issues that occurred over a year ago. The gathering of evidence and construction of a timeline would be extremely challenging, if not impossible.
