The player's withdrawal is delayed for a week. The complaint was closed for the player stopped responding.
Won $100 max cash out on a promo after finishing the playthrough. Verified my info with them, then they told me it would be a week. Told them that most casinos cash out in an hour or less and got no response. Waited a week, asked again in chat and was told to wait a week. I replied that I already waited a week and reminded them again that casinos usually pay out in less than an hour...no response again.
Hello leb0wski,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Ruby Slots Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? What kind of bonus did you use and did you ever deposit there? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
Hey Nick. I think I started the verification process on 11/11, it was approved/verified sometime between then and 11/15. It was a free spin bonus. funny thing just happened. I checked as it typed this and the withdrawal was now apparently approved...but I have no idea where the money went. I have not deposited with them. After reading many bad reviews I decided not to send them any money until I know I can trust them. I chatted with the casino about all of this yesterday.
Ok, so I finally received a response and they took the winnings back. Apparently you can't cash out if you play more than one free chip in a row. Which is funny because I play at about 5 other casi os where that is not a problem. Extreme, Brango, Limitless, etc. I see why Ruby has the horrible reviews that it has. I am glad I never deposited real money there.
Hello leb0wski,
I've checked the casino's terms and conditions (https://www.rubyslots.com/terms-and-conditions.php) and you can also find the following rule there:
"Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus."
Please understand that by registering there, you agreed to their terms, therefor the casino had the right to void your current winnings if you did not deposit prior to your previous bonus.
Is there anything else we can assist you with?
Regards,
Nick
