The player from United States has been struggling to receive winnings for four weeks due to incomplete account verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Every bonus i ever used was provided by live chat,I fulfilled all requirements for withdrawal sent all forms multiple times,Everytime i would talk to live chat they would say i was always missing a form,which was not true.They sent me email confirming everything was good,next day they revoke my account.during this whole process i have multiple emails giving me different dates ,i deposit thru bitcoin and continued to deposit,The live chat crew ensured me everyday everything was ok.well its not and i feel scammed.If unresolved i will seek further actions to shine a very bright light on the fraud that is being permitted to happen to vulnerable individuals being lured by false promotion tactics and empty promises.oct 23,2020 is when i started the withdrawal process its nov 18.2020 and i got an email yesterday stating everything was ok with withdrawal,then i get a revoked account with no explanation.
