Made deposit in March 10,2021- won and requested withdrawal several hours later- was informed I had to submit several items of documentation and go through a third party - huuyu- which I did to verify identity. Was contacted a week later by a "Grace M*** " VIP CASINO HOST.. who is my personal casino host she said for rubyslots- captain Jack and a few others i play at. She asked me to submit the documents that I had already submitted- again.. this time via email to her because " she can process this withdrawal faster if she does it".. I did .. AGAIN! Another week and she updates all my accounts and I get promoted ( which is really not a promotion because I got no bonus and packages are higher priced) to VIP 2, which says that you get a free 150$ Chip ( never got it) and my weekly and monthly insurance payback has ceased. A week ago I was contacted by Colin- Grace fell off the earth or something.. and now my withdrawal as a wire transfer cannot be done because conveniently they are not sending wire transfers at this time to BBVA. I was asked if I would accept a check- at this point I said yes just to get my money- he said ok- and I asked if I would be informed when the check was sent and is there a tracking number- he says yes it’s sent via fed ex- as of today over 40 days later- I have not heard anything or been informed of anything. While waiting I made a deposit to captain Jack casino and won again. I asked for a check withdrawal for 2500.. this was Friday the 16th. I got an email stating I need to submit the same documents again. Grace told me I would not have co to ur to go through this. I emailed Grace and Colin inquiring about the withdrawal from Ruby slots, the current withdrawal from capt jacks and documentation .. I get a generic reply stating they got email and will get back to me- it’s been 3 dats since the email. I can forward all emails
