This is my second deposit with this casino. It has been over two months since I requested my withdrawal, and I am no closer to getting me money. I have emailed the casino manager multiple times, they ignore my emails. The chat customer support keeps lying to me and giving me the runaround as to when I will get my funds. I have no choice but to submit a complaint.

This is my second withdrawal from this casino. My first withdrawal was successful, but took over 4 months. I (stupidly) decided to deposit again when I was assured by the live chat that there would be no delays if I won again. I passed KYC verification long ago before I received my first withdrawal.


I accumulated this $420 using a bonus. I completed all bonus terms.

Quick update. I was just sent an email telling me my deposit was reversed and is back in my casino account. No reason was given. I waited over two months just for this to happen. This casino is a scam.

I have requested it again. I have done most of my communication through their live chat, and unfortunately their live chats are not saved or logged. I could forward you the emails I have sent both their support email and their manager email, but they never reply to them. Just let me know.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Royal Planet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Royal Planet Casino.


Since this casino operates without an official license, I am not able to recommend any further steps. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
