I have had a pending payout with this casino for almost 5 months now. I've badgered their support at various times, and I always get told either "soon" or "we're having trouble with our payment processor". I am left thinking if it has anything to do with payouts only being in crypto.


I never play with bonuses, as I do not like wagers and cash locks, so this was from a raw deposit.


I've had a payout from this casino in the past (over a year ago).


One of the times I was complaining, they offered me a large bonus if I were to deposit and play. As a matter of principle I won't redeposit if they aren't paying out.


Regardless, I've waited an obscenely long time for this payout.

Currently they have moved to only offering a crypto withdrawal, but my previous withdrawal was also crypto.


The last withdrawal was very drawn out too, I think it was just over a month, but nothing like this current fiasco. My current request was submitted on the 4th of February.

I didn't have any correspondence, as all was done on online chat and I could never get them to email, but they just paid out a few hours ago. Timely miracle.
