Its been over 5 weeks since payout request. The support email blatantly ignores anything sent to them. Live chat works on occasion. Ive submitted verification twice now since they "lost" the first one. Every time they say there is a delay with their wallet and it will be a couple more days, for over a month now. I wish they would just stop wasting my time and make up a fake reason to deny me at this point lol

They don't confirm anything or even respond threw the support email. Live chat wanted me to resubmit the verification once, then two days later live chat said I just needed to confirm my wallet address, now they don't mention verification at all they just say they have a problem with their wallet provide causing delays. Winnings are from a bonus, but a deposit bonus, requirements met and no terms violated. They just delay by saying 2-3 more days over and over. Think I'm being toyed with.
