The player from Malaysia has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I had 2330 withdrawal and it was cancelled. When I ask then what’s the reason they say it’s due to I have two accounts. The first account I stopped using since they confiscated my money due to some bug in the system which is not my fault and I didn’t want to use that account anymore.

Later on the customer service lady did put forward it to the manager and my account was credited with 2300 but had wager on it where I couldn’t transfer anymore and have to wager it 5x before withdrawing my own money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I did receive $2300 wagered to 5x which I had to make within 6 days which is impossible. I asked them to take off the wager which they didn’t want to. Ended up losing all of it. I just needed my deposited money back.

Thank you for your reply, mishkattk. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings or deposits. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.

nothing to say, i recovered my lost money a little bit and i get my deposits as a wagered bonus only set to be lost. that was unfair but the decision is made
