hi Thanking for allowing me to share my unfair treatment for Roar21 casino. Every deposit i made to them i was charged 3-5 bucks more then i deposited. I know about the fees and currency rates but when i make a deposit for 35 bucks i get a receipt for the deposit made. But on my statement i was charged 37 for 35 and charged 1 buck for fees and charged .99 for more fees. This is on every amex debt card deposit and I wrote to them for explanations and they jerked me around and now for some reason i cant deposit with my card anymore at all casinos that are rtg software. At first they were understanding but never credited me anything back and now they wont even answer my emails. I just expect to be charged what the receipt said not all sorts of other stuff and they lied saying i would be reimbursed once i submit a copy of the charges and i did but never got a dime

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise in which currencies are your accounts held (bank and casino account)? Have you tried to communicate this issue with your bank? Usually, international transaction fees are managed by the banks.

Hi, Thank you very much for your fast reply and your help. My bank 

and casino account is in usd currency. The debt card is amex serve 

card which is prepaid. I have not contacted amex about my issues yet, that is last resort. I was trying to resolve this issue with the casino first and that is not working. I also opened other rtg casino accounts to see if they all overcharge that way but for some reason I am unable to use this amex card to make any deposits. Roaring 21 did something and flagged my amex card. If you want a copy of my banking statement showing all this, please let me know. Thanks again.

Could you please contact your payment provider? Please understand that we can't penalize the casino for deposit fees. I have checked the general Banking section on the website and this is what I found https://roaring21.com/info/banking/:

Thank you for your email. I totally understand about the fees and but my last deposit was for 50.00, I got a receipt for 50.00 but 53.67 was taken from my acct. And I was charged separately for the fees which was 1.49 and .99. The fees are charged separately. This is not just once it was for every deposit. Like deposit 35.00 and 36.97 was taken. And fees charged separately. And just to let you know the casino just changed there website before it said something different. I know its not much money but for every deposit it does add up. The more I deposit the more they take. thanks again

I understand your frustration, but please understand that we can't penalize the casino for the transaction fees charged by intermediary banks.

Let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. I really wish I were of more help. Thank you.
