I have used rizk for about a month now. My account is fully verified and I had no issues up to a few days ago when I was playing a blackjack hand and the system suddenly kicked me from the game before I saw my cards. I have been onto 5 different live chat operations and sent 6 emails asking for clarification as to why my account is blocked for no reason and they just keep telling me it’s with the relevant team. I tried to withdraw 390 before my account was blocked and they blocked my withdrawal and are withholding the money. I don’t care if I never use rizk again I just want my balance paid back to me. As I am currently being robbed of money that is rightly mine
