Dear casino guru , I am trouble in trouble to withdraw my own fund due to unfair rules of casino. Today I made deposit of 2000 inr and got another 4000 bonus . But I don't want this bonus bcs in term condition they allowed slots and poker to play , it is just possible to wager 40x of deposit + bonus , so I said them I don't want to take your bonus and want to play with my own fund , so either give me withdraw of my main balance or let me play with it , but casino live chat saying they cant cancel bonus and also not let me withdraw my main balance withaut completing wagering of bonus .


Also during cmpleting wagering each time I place ber it deducted from main balance and when won then it added to bonus balance Lol, it is so unfair ,, and one also issue with it in bonus term condition they mention "poker lobby (Ezugi)" have 100 percent contribution towards wagering but when I do play teen patti in poker lobby it not counted toward wagering .


So I decided to continue with my own fund , so I want to either cancel my bonus or want to take my main balance withdraw , each time I trying to withdraw showing "complete you withdraw first " . Please help me . They are not let me withdraw ,

  • Isn't it possible to cancel the bonus manually by you within your casino profile?
  • How much is your current real money and bonus money balance
  • Did the casino specify why is it not possible to cancel the bonus as it should be available in most of online casinos?


Please keep in mind that in some online casinos, the real money balance is deducted first while playing with an active bonus. Also it is entirely up to the casino to set which games contributes towards the wagering requirements and which one not.

No nick it is not possible to cancel bonus mannually

My real money balance is 3033 and bonus money is 4040, all the time I play my winning added to bonus and my real money getting removed when I loss.

Casino chat support said me they cant cancel bonus as provided by system


But I asked them then please give me my main account withdraw but they are saying I have to wager first . But I don't want bonus I just want my 3033 real money .

As customer support said they cant cancel and also can't give withdraw until I won't play with bonus and complete wagering . This show unfair means of casino .

Now you are saying you can cancel my bonus but they were not even ready to talk with me . If I don't contact casino guru then I certainly loss my all balance. I think those people who don't know about third party dispute slover like casino guru. They certainly trap into arrears .
