A player from Russia won $1,000 on Rainbet and attempted to withdraw it, but the casino delayed the verification process for 14 days and then accused him of having multiple accounts, permanently blocking his winnings. He insisted he had only one account. We investigated the complaint and found that the issue was related to his sports betting activities. Since we did not have a dedicated department for sports betting issues, the complaint was rejected due to our inability to provide the necessary assistance.

I won $1000 on rainbet and wanted to withdraw it, but they asked me for verification. I sent all the documents, they said that the maximum period for checking documents is 7 days, but they checked my documents for 14 days! And then they said that I have a lot of accounts and blocked my money forever ;). Although I only have 1 account on this site! Avoid these scammers, they don't pay money!

Hi! I registered my account about 2 months ago, the documents were requested from me when withdrawing money, I sent all the requested documents. I played slots and sports betting, I didn't use any bonuses, I only played with my real money.
