Hi I have 5 withdrawls in one is way out of the time frame and the others are coming up to the end of the time frame I have had one approved which was already out of the time frame and now have been editing nearly two weeks for the other one from the same winnings to be approved
I am in the carnival room and customer support keeps telling me to just be patient and wait which I have done I have spoken to them everyday and keep getting told the same thing over and over

I play in the carnival room on raging bull
I used a bonus but met all the requirements as I had put in 2 withdrawels on the 25th Jan 2022 one was approved on the 9 th February but the second one from the 25th is still there I have spoken to customer support and they have even said it is out of the timeframe but all they can say is sorry and please be patient
My next lot of withdrawels are coming up to the end of there timeframe but I can't even get another one approved so I will have to wait even longer for the next lot
I have read there terms and conditions before I put the complaint in to make sure
